We prepare books of account by identifying various vouchers for accounting treatment and by filing them reasonably. We modify accounting data to various reporting formats reflecting client's requests as well as preparation of general ledgers and trial balance sheets. If a client is a foreign corporation, we are able to reflect the complex content of needs from client's parent company in its home country in the books of accounts by our staffs having English communication ability. We are also able to correspond with client's parent company in its home country on behalf of the client, to clarify parent company's various requirements with respect to accounting treatments. Books of account themselves can be prepared in English language, and in various currency unit as well. (We discuss separately on the details.)
We prepare financial statements, detailed statements to be attached to it and business reports based on Corporate Law. We prepare reports which need to be submitted in each fiscal year, reflecting the requirement of the client. Especially, in case of a foreign corporation, we prepare consolidation package based on the GAAP of its home country by making necessary adjustment on accounting figures from Japanese GAAP to GAAP of its home country.
We also prepare reports for management purposes to be submitted to parent company, etc. in its home country.
In the case where books of account of client, which we have assisted in bookkeeping, are subject to audit, we correspond with the auditors on behalf of client. We assist the client in details for the necessary procedures (e.g. confirmation of vouchers, explanation regarding accounting treatments during the fiscal year, etc.), which are required between the client and the auditors in order to carry out the audit smoothly.
In the case of small sized company with few employees, if the reduction of the number of employees is made, there is a case where a supplement of new employees in the accounting department can not be done.
In that case, we learn and obtain the same level of knowledge of company's employee to perform internal affairs and perform almost every affair to be carried out by the Financial and Accounting Departments on behalf of the company until the joining of new employees.
Our back-up function of accounting department maintains the environment which the company can always perform the financial and accounting affairs smoothly.
We prepare US GAAP and IAS based financial statements in English.
In the case where client's books of account are prepared based on Japan GAAP, we translate it into US GAAP and IAS based financial statements. Also, we translate various GAAP based financial statements into Japan GAAP based financial statements, vice versa We provide with this preparation work on the monthly basis as well as yearly basis.
We translate financial statements from Japanese into English. Also, we translate financial statement from English into Japanese.
We support various financial and accounting affairs, mainly disbursement procedures, according to the request of the client. We also prepare various books and documents for management (e.g. fixed assets ledger).
